Return & Refund Policy

Return eligibility, authorization, damaged-item support and refund procedures for Moradelle wall art, mirrors, frames and display sets.

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 180 days after confirmed delivery, subject to this policy and applicable consumer law.

How to Start

Contact service@moradelle.com with your order number, product name and reason for return. Photos may be requested where relevant.

Return Authorization

Do not ship merchandise before receiving authorized return instructions.

Return Destination

The authorized return destination will be provided by Customer Support. The registered business address is not automatically the return warehouse.

Preference Returns

For change-of-mind or preference returns, products should generally remain in substantially the same condition in which they were received.

Reasonable Inspection

Customers may inspect products after delivery. Eligibility may be affected where use goes materially beyond reasonable inspection.

You may check size, appearance, completeness and the basic characteristics of the item. Inspection differs from permanent mounting, repainting, drilling or other changes beyond what is necessary to assess the goods. This condition does not remove rights relating to a defect that existed on delivery.

Framed Wall Art

Review artwork dimensions, orientation, frame details and included pieces before purchasing. Styled room images do not establish exact scale or include surrounding furniture. For preference returns, the artwork and frame should be free from customer-caused stains, tears, punctures, scratches or permanent changes. Statutory remedies for defects remain unaffected.

Decorative Mirrors

Mirrors should be used and displayed according to the individual listing and supplied instructions. Check the product weight, mounting method and wall type before installation. Preference returns should remain complete and free from customer-caused broken glass, damaged attachment points, scratches or permanent alterations.

Mirror surfaces, edges, frames and attachment points should be free from customer-caused breakage or modification. Adhesive residue, drilled holes, damaged fittings or scratches caused after delivery can affect a preference return. This does not remove remedies for a defect present when the item was supplied.

Photo Frames

Frames should generally be complete and free from substantial customer-caused scratches, cracked glazing, broken stands, staining, adhesive residue or alterations for preference returns. Remove personal photographs before shipment and do not send irreplaceable prints or family documents with a returned item.

Stands, Mats & Display Accessories

Return stands, mats, backing boards, fittings and other components originally supplied with the relevant set. Do not substitute unrelated pieces. Ordinary inspection is permitted, while cutting mats, drilling fittings or permanently modifying components may affect preference-return eligibility where lawful.

Multi-Item Collections

Preference returns for sets should generally include all components originally supplied with the product.

Original Packaging

Where reasonably possible, retaining original packaging may help protect products and components during return shipping.

For mirrors and glazed frames, use suitable corner, edge and surface protection so components do not move against each other. Tell us if original packaging is unavailable; this alone does not automatically remove statutory rights or establish that a return must be refused.

Preference Return Shipping

The customer generally pays return shipping for eligible preference-based returns unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Original Shipping Charges

Original outbound shipping charges are generally non-refundable for preference-based returns except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Original outbound shipping charges are generally not refunded for preference returns, except where required by law or expressly agreed. We do not impose an undisclosed standard restocking fee. Any proposed adjustment relating to actual loss of value must be explained and permitted by applicable law.

Damaged on Arrival

Retain the product and packaging where reasonably possible and provide clear photographs of visible damage.

Defective Product

If a product appears defective, contact us with the order number, product information and a description of the issue.

Incorrect Product

If the item received materially differs from the item ordered, contact Customer Support before returning it.

Missing Components

Check all packaging carefully. Contact us if a component described as included is missing.

Our Error

For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete products, an appropriate solution may include replacement, refund, prepaid return shipping, reimbursement of reasonable return costs or another no-cost resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Digital or nonphysical products.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Final-sale products clearly identified before purchase.
  • Products materially damaged through misuse.
  • Products materially altered by the customer.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges may not always be available. Customer Support may offer a replacement where appropriate or advise an approved return followed by a new purchase.

Direct exchanges are not always available. Customer care may arrange a replacement where appropriate or recommend completing an approved return and placing a new order. Replacement availability depends on the item and the reason for the request.

Return Inspection

Returned merchandise may be inspected to confirm the product received, its condition, completeness and eligibility under this policy.

We review the stated reason, the condition of the goods and supplied components. If a voluntary preference return raises a condition concern, we will explain the issue and any proposed lawful adjustment. A product defect must be assessed separately from ordinary change-of-mind eligibility.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where possible.

Refund Timing

Once an eligible refund is approved, moradelle™ generally initiates it within 5–10 business days after approval.

Bank Posting Time

After the refund is initiated, the bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.

Refund Not Received

If more than 10 business days have passed after confirmed refund issuance and the refund is not visible, contact Customer Support and your financial institution.

If more than 10 business days have passed after confirmed refund issuance and the credit has not appeared, contact customer care. Check the original payment account and any provider communication so we can help trace the transaction.

EU Withdrawal Rights

Where EU statutory withdrawal rules apply to an eligible distance purchase, you generally have 14 days after delivery to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. Return the goods within the applicable statutory period after notification. Exceptions may apply, including to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Where required, reimbursement includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. Extra charges for a premium delivery method need not be refunded. Direct return costs are payable by the customer only where lawfully disclosed in advance. Reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline; it may be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received where permitted. Our voluntary approval process does not override a valid statutory notice or deadline.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under mandatory applicable consumer law.

Broken glass and safe packing

Do not handle or transport loose broken glass without safe instructions. Contact us with photographs where reasonably possible and tell us if retaining the item is unsafe. A confirmed arrival defect is handled separately from a voluntary preference return. We will explain whether a return is necessary and how the issue can be resolved safely.

Personal photographs and documents

Remove personal images, notes and keepsakes before sending a frame or display set. Retain a copy of anything important and do not include irreplaceable originals. If an item cannot be opened safely because of damage, tell Customer Support before attempting to remove the contents.
