How orders are processed, how delivery estimates are calculated and what to do if a parcel is delayed, damaged or incomplete.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days. During unusually busy periods, processing may require up to 5 business days.
United States
Estimated transit: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Canada / UK / Australia
Estimated transit: 11–16 business days after dispatch.
Other International
Estimated transit: 15–20 business days after dispatch.
Business Days
Saturdays, Sundays and applicable public holidays are excluded.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided where available after shipment.
Tracking Activation
The first visible carrier movement commonly appears approximately 1–3 business days after label creation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment, unit or building information where applicable.
Address Changes
Contact Customer Support immediately if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Undeliverable Address
A parcel may be delayed or returned if the address is incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible.
Provide complete unit, building and recipient details where required. If a parcel is returned, contact us before placing a replacement order. Any proposed reshipment cost will be explained in advance and handled in accordance with mandatory rights.
Carrier Delays
Weather, public holidays, carrier capacity, local disruptions, remote destinations and other operational conditions may affect transit.
Customs Delays
International shipments may require customs processing, which can extend delivery beyond the estimated transit range.
Clearance is controlled by destination authorities and may require additional information from the recipient. Provide requested delivery documentation through the appropriate carrier or official channel. Do not send payment passwords or authentication codes to Customer Support.
Customs / VAT / Duties
International shipments may be subject to duties, VAT, import taxes or brokerage charges. Unless checkout states otherwise, these may remain the recipient's responsibility.
Refused Delivery
If delivery is refused without an approved return arrangement, additional carrier or return costs may affect the available resolution, subject to applicable consumer law.
Refusal does not automatically complete a return or guarantee an immediate refund. Contact us so we can identify the parcel and explain the options. For a confirmed product error or other issue for which we are responsible, an appropriate no-cost solution will be arranged.
Delivered but Not Located
Check household members, building staff, reception areas, parcel lockers and safe-delivery locations before contacting Customer Support.
Tracking Stops Updating
If tracking shows no meaningful movement for an extended period, contact Customer Support so the shipment can be reviewed.
Carrier scans may not appear at every transfer point. Send the order number and latest tracking status if the estimate has passed or there is a delivery exception. We may investigate with the carrier and update you when further information becomes available.
Transit Damage
Retain the product and packaging where reasonably possible and contact us with clear photographs if an item arrives visibly damaged.
Incorrect Product
If the wrong item arrives, contact Customer Support before sending anything back.
Missing Components
Check all packaging carefully. Contact us if a component described as included is missing.
Lost Shipment Review
Where a shipment appears lost, we may review tracking and carrier information before providing an appropriate resolution.
Events Beyond Control
Extraordinary events outside reasonable control may affect processing or delivery. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We will review affected orders and provide appropriate information or remedies. A disruption does not remove mandatory rights concerning non-delivery, cancellation or refunds, and it does not justify keeping payment indefinitely for goods we cannot supply.
Fragile artwork and mirrors
Inspect protective packaging before installation. Do not use a mirror, frame or glazing that has visible cracks, loose parts or transit damage. Retain the shipping label and protective inserts where reasonably safe, and send photographs if possible. If retaining broken glass is unsafe, tell Customer Support so safe handling can be discussed.
Separate parcels and collections
Orders with multiple pieces may arrive in separate packages. Review available dispatch notices before treating a component as missing. If the shipment details do not explain the partial delivery, provide the order number so we can identify what remains outstanding.
